What's the difference between generic medicines and brand name medication?

Generic medicines are named after the chemical they contain, and don't normally come under a separate brand name. Brand name medicines on the other hand have a name that's assigned to them by the manufacturing company. Companies that produce brand name medication do not own a patent on the chemical which means generic medicine manufacturing companies can easily produce the exact same drug at a lower cost. Generic medicines therefore offer the same medication that brand name medicine companies do, but at a fraction of the price.

Why are brand name medicines so expensive?

A large part of the price tag for a typical brand name medicine goes towards supporting research, marketing activities and promotional and advertising campaigns. Moreover, brand name medicine manufacturing companies also incur heavy expenses at the time of securing an FDA approval. Generic medicine manufacturing companies are spared all of these expenses, and are thus able to pass on the cost saving benefits to their customers.

What kind of quality assurance do you offer?

When it comes to medication, quality is not optional; it's a necessity. We know that the better our products, the more popular they will be, and hence we take utmost care in the sourcing and manufacture of these medicines. Our products are manufactured in India by a licensed company that has been approved by that country's FDA. We make sure that every pill adheres to the strictest quality control standards, and make sure all documentation is fool proof.

Why are your pills different in color and shape from brand name medicines containing the same compound?

This is because things like name, shape and color of the pills are copyrighted by the manufacturing company. In other words, the chemical compound contained in both generic and brand name medication is the same, but the brand name manufacturing company has a patent on the name, shape and color of the pill. The chemical however, cannot be patented by anybody, which is why generic medicine companies can offer the same medicine to you, but these pills will differ in appearance from brand name medicines.

I see you have different doses of Viagra. What is the difference between these two?

We offer generic Viagra in two different dosage sizes - 50 mg and 100 mg. As you might know, Viagra contains a drug known as Sildenafil. The dosage amount denotes the amount of Sildenafil present in the pill. For instance, the 50 mg pill will have 50 mg of Sildenafil, while the 100 mg pill will have 100 mg of Sildenafil in each pill. If you're unsure of the dosage you need to take, we recommend you begin with a 25 mg dose. We don't offer 25 mg pills; you can however, break the 50 mg pill in half and take just one section of it. If you feel it's not effective enough, you can increase your preferred dosage to 50 mg.

What kind of medication do you offer? What is the difference in efficacy and recommended dosage for each of them?

Here's a list of the medicines we offer, and a breakdown of their dosage:

• Viagra: This pill is available in 50 mg and 100 mg dosages to be taken with a glass of water. Avoid alcohol and heavy fatty foods while taking the medication. The effects begin to show about an hour after taking the pill, and last from 3-4 hours after.
• Viagra Soft: This is available in 50 mg and 100 mg dosage amounts. Place the pill under the tongue until it dissolves. Alcohol and fatty food is allowed, but should be limited. Viagra Soft begins to act within 15-20 minutes of taking the pill, and the effect can last for as long as 6 hours.
• Cialis: This pill is available in a 20 mg form, and is to be taken with a glass of water. Alcohol and fatty food must be avoided while on the medication. The effect begins to show within 30 minutes of taking the drug, and lasts for almost 36 hours.
• Cialis Soft: This medicine is available in a 20 mg dosage, and should be placed under the tongue until it dissolves. Alcohol and fatty food can be consumed, but should be limited. Effects can be seen within 15 to 10 minutes of taking the pill, and lasts between 24 and 36 hours after you consume the pill.
• Levitra: This is also available in a 20 mg dosage, and is to be taken with a glass of water. Levitra begins to act as soon as10 minutes after taking the pill while some may need to wait for an hour to notice the effect. Don't mix with alcohol and fatty food. Levitra's effect lasts for as long as 12 hours.

How do I go about ordering products from you?

Just follow the simple steps outlined below to order from us:

• Fill out all relevant information and press "Submit"
• As soon as you have submitted your order you will receive your confirmation email. If you don't receive an email confirming your order within 10 minutes of clicking Submit, please let us know, and we will process the information again

How do I make payment?

You can choose to pay using one of the following options:

Do you need a prescription to process my order?

No, we do not require you to submit a prescription. However, we advise all our customers to refrain from taking the medication unless they have had a thorough health check up by their physician. Certain persons may have certain contra indications, or may suffer possible side effects of the medicine. A thorough physical evaluation will rule out any risk factors.

How is my order processed?

Once you have submitted all your details and pressed "Submit" our system will automatically check and charge the credit card. Once we have authorization for payment, we go ahead and process your order.

How can I be sure that my credit card information will not be misused or misappropriated on your site?

We understand your concerns about credit card safety which is why we take the utmost precautions to make sure your information is safe. You will be sent to a secure page to fill out your credit card information. The details that you fill out on our credit card form are encrypted before they are sent to the processing company. This ensures that there is no risk of misappropriation of your confidential information.

How do I go about paying by bank wire transfer?

• To pay by wire transfer, choose the products you want to order and go to "Checkout."
• Choose "Wire transfer" as your preferred mode of payment, and fill out your details in the order form. Press "Submit."
• You will see a confirmation message that will contain details of your wire transfer, and indicating where you should send your wire. You will also receive an email confirmation message.
• Once you have placed the order, remember to send a wire to the specified address within 48 hours.
• Once we receive the payment we will process the order and sent it to you. Normally this takes between 3-5 days.

Do you Offer any Discounts?

Absolutely. If you're a repeat customer, you will receive a coupon code which you will be required to enter in the "Coupon" field. This will entitle you to a discount of 5 percent on your invoice amount. Remember to fill out the code in the coupon field in the order form; it cannot be entered after the order form has been submitted to us.

Shipping Information

What options do you offer for shipping of my order?

You have a choice of two methods for shipping and delivery - courier and standard airmail. If you choose courier service, you will be in a position to track the shipment with a tracking number to check the status of your shipment. If you choose standard international airmail, you will not be able to track your shipment. Shipping by courier service will cost you $30 in shipment charges, and will take between 5-9 days to be delivered. Standard international airmail will cost $10 and will take between 14 and 21 days for delivery.

Where will the shipment come from?

Since all our medicines are manufactured in India, the shipment will be made from that country.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries in the world. Please contact us to find out if your country is in our list of shipping destinations.

How soon can I expect my order to be shipped?

Once we have all your shipping and order information, we process the order and then immediately dispatch your order. The process will take a couple of days at the most.

Do I have to sign for shipment?

In case you choose standard airmail, you do not need to sign on delivery. In case of courier service delivery, we will send your order details in a separate envelope, so you are spared any embarrassment.

What if my order has problems getting through customs?

We don't foresee any problems, but if the customs officials want more information about our shipment they will notify you for permission to open up the package. You will receive your medication soon after.

What happens if my package arrives damaged?

In that case, we have two options for you - we can either resend your package or refund your payment. If you want us to resend the product, we will do so at no extra charge.

What happens if I receive lesser pills than I ordered for?

Please remember that the first parcel containing 30 pills plus 4 bonus gift pills will arrive first. The second parcel containing 60 pills will arrive about 7 days later.
